The University of Florida Police Department has a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Central Florida to respond to emergencies at the Lake Nona Research and Academic Center (RAC).

Please note that:

• If 9-1-1 is dialed from a UF RAC office phone, the University of Central Florida Police Department will responds.
• If 9-1-1 is dialed from a cell phone you need to inform the operator, “I am at the UF RAC at Lake Nona which is patrolled by the UCF Police Department.” If not, it is possible Orlando Police will respond.
